ABOUT

                        On 1992  the factory  Found by  ‘Mr. Salan P. Joseph’  In Hyderabad as “ Automation Systems “  for providing CNC interfacing support for CNC Machine Builders.Factory is located at Coimbatore in 3acres of land with a built up area of 1500sq.mt including facilities like 10 ton crane, back up generator and full fledged technical and commercial office. At Chennai Factory is located in a leased accommodation near Lucas Padi, measuring around 800 sq. ft. space, with 10 HP power. Around 60 Trained and skilled man power of average experience of 8 years

History

  •  1995 Automation System office got shifted to Chennai, Due to demand of service in automobile sector.

  • 1998 Started taking turn key orders with CNC package, and electrical panels.

  • 1999 Agreement  signed with M/s  OKUMA Corporation Japan for their technical services in INDIA & Srilanka.

  • 2001 Started CNC Machine reconditioning & Conversion of conventional machine to CNC.

  • 2003 Automation System Converted to private limited company named “CHENNAI AUTOMATION SYSTEMS (P) Ltd. ”.

  • 2006 Entered in to agreement to distribute TAIYU Co. Ltd, JAPAN for marketing, their specialized Cutting fluid for metal cutting application.

  • 2007 Started executing retrofitting projects for SIEMENS

  • 2008 Received a contract from MMK  Co. Ltd. Japan, For erection and Commissioning of YASDA Jig Boring Machine.

  • 2008 In July 2008 Company has purchased 2 acres of land to setup a full fledged reconditioning factory at Sreerapalayam 15 km from Coimbatore city.

  • 2011 Started supporting Craftsman Automation to service their CNC machine at Jamshedpur and Faridabad unit.

  • 2012 Started Retrofitting  with Heidenhain control.

  • 2012  Inaugurated  State of the art Machine Rebuilding Facility at seerapalayam in Coimbatore(1500 sq.mtr.)

  • 2016  LAKSHMI MIKCRO CONTROLS (LMC) Merged machine tool services with CAS.
